Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, finance analytics, or data-driven analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and working with structured reporting systems.
- Experience reviewing contracts, pricing structures, or revenue-related documentation.
- Familiarity with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- SQL or Snowflake experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform royalty analysis, revenue tracking, and financial reporting for global business operations.
- Support data extraction, transformation, loading, and analysis (ETLA) processes.
- Conduct contract and pricing reviews to support revenue recognition and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with global functional teams to align reporting and operational requirements.
- Manage vendor expense tracking and operational support tasks.
- Prepare dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Contribute to operational improvements and data-driven decision-making.
