Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or GTM operations.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
  • Strong ability to turn strategy into execution and build effective operating rhythms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize data into insights.
  • Strong communication and influence skills in leadership-facing, high-visibility environments.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous settings while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with SaaS, platform businesses, or multi-product GTM motions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leadership to define and operationalize route-to-market strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data teams by clarifying priorities and managing dependencies.
  • Build and maintain operating cadences, including planning cycles, leadership forums, and recurring business reviews.
  • Act as the operational hub for the Managed business, independently leading initiatives and coordinating support.
  • Design systems to improve information flow, visibility, communication, and decision-making.
  • Lead operational readiness for product launches, integrations, and GTM initiatives.
  • Own the Voice of Customer loop for the Managed business to drive product and GTM improvements.
