Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting.
- Proven experience operating at or supporting an SVP, EVP, or C-suite executive level.
- Deep fluency in enterprise performance management (OKRs, KPIs, balanced scorecards).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in operating plans, headcount models, and investment prioritization.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Excellent executive-level communication skills for board-quality reporting.
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth transformation environments.
- Proficiency in enterprise planning tools, OKR platforms, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent operational excellence certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the business unit's operating system, including governance, decision rights, and accountability structures.
- Lead annual planning, goal-setting processes, and the translation of enterprise priorities into BU-level OKRs and roadmaps.
- Own performance management architecture, including executive-ready dashboards, KPI tracking, and quarterly retrospectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor and proxy for BU leadership, preparing high-quality narratives for the CEO and Board.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive operational maturity across the business unit.
- Partner with central Business Performance teams to standardize enterprise-wide operating practices.
