Requirements

  • 5+ years of full sales cycle management experience with proven performance in the SaaS space.
  • 3+ years of experience with Solution/Consultative Selling.
  • 1+ years of experience managing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Docusign, Outreach, and Tableau.
  • Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of business implications, ROI, and consultative selling principles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to adopt best practices and continuously improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new logos for Smartsheet by selling the full suite of products and services.
  • Qualify and prioritize inbound leads to generate pipeline for commercial accounts (200 - 4,999 employees).
  • Prospect proactively through warm leads and consistent outreach to drive growth.
  • Respond to customer requirements, including RFPs, and define program strategy.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in partnership with Sales Engineers and internal Consulting teams.
  • Manage strategic and transactional deals while maintaining Joint Engagement Plans.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce using MEDDICC qualification guidelines.
