Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle management experience with proven performance in the SaaS space.
- 3+ years of experience with Solution/Consultative Selling.
- 1+ years of experience managing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Docusign, Outreach, and Tableau.
- Proven ability to identify new market opportunities and maximize revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of business implications, ROI, and consultative selling principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to adopt best practices and continuously improve sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new logos for Smartsheet by selling the full suite of products and services.
- Qualify and prioritize inbound leads to generate pipeline for commercial accounts (200 - 4,999 employees).
- Prospect proactively through warm leads and consistent outreach to drive growth.
- Respond to customer requirements, including RFPs, and define program strategy.
- Conduct product demonstrations in partnership with Sales Engineers and internal Consulting teams.
- Manage strategic and transactional deals while maintaining Joint Engagement Plans.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce using MEDDICC qualification guidelines.
