Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering complex initiatives as a Business Analyst across the SDLC (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and produce clear, actionable deliverables.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, and QA.
- Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
- Confident communicator and facilitator capable of aligning stakeholders.
- Analytical, organized, and self-directed approach to managing competing priorities.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional software initiatives end-to-end (nice to have).
- Healthcare industry experience including knowledge of revenue cycle or billing standards (nice to have).
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like Power BI (nice to have).
- Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or SAFe POPM (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements for complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery and scope definition to delivery.
- Partner with business, product, engineering, QA and project leaders to align on approach, milestones, risks and success metrics.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to analyze current processes, identify gaps and design improved future-state workflows.
- Create and manage clear, actionable deliverables such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data mapping, and business rules.
- Own requirements across the SDLC, ensuring traceability and managing evolving scope and priorities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals and compliance needs.
- Support QA and UAT to validate outcomes, resolve defects, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
