Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in retail, consumer goods, or technology.
- 3+ years of direct experience with major B2C or B2B eCommerce platforms.
- 3+ years of NetSuite ERP experience with expertise in Finance modules (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition).
- Experience supporting or leading system implementation for international business expansion or cross-border trade.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT/Development teams, focusing on eCommerce, NetSuite integrations, and cross-border operations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the eCommerce architecture and NetSuite financial workflows.
- Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements (FRDs, BRDs) for features and international deployments.
- Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze and optimize digital storefront performance, conversion funnels, and customer experience features related to global sites.
- Define system requirements for eCommerce-to-NetSuite integrations to ensure accurate order capture, AR/AP reconciliation, and tax compliance.
- Develop test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business owners.
