Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience running paid search and SEO, including agency management.
- Demonstrated experience with AI search visibility, LLM citation tracking, and answer-engine optimization.
- Ability to independently build and manage reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- AI fluency, including building agent skills or automated workflows in tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
- Proven ability to build and present executive-level reporting and data narratives.
- Strong editorial judgment and experience managing content production contractors.
- Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision-making in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO and AI search visibility strategy, including optimization for AI answer engines.
- Manage paid media strategy, budgets, and external agency performance.
- Lead email marketing efforts, including lifecycle, nurture, and campaign segmentation.
- Drive inbound website conversion optimization and coordinate site updates.
- Partner with the Head of Content on strategy and oversee content contractors and AI agents.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive attribution framework and executive-level reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Manage agency and channel contractor relationships and budgets.
