Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full-lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Prior experience marketing to or within the agency ecosystem preferred.
  • Proven track record running email marketing and lead nurturing in automation platforms (Salesforce/Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  • Strong product and solutions marketing instincts for messaging.
  • Hands-on sales enablement experience working directly with sales and BD teams.
  • Experience supporting or managing B2B event marketing.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal ramp time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the dedicated marketing lead for Goodway's Agency Line of Business, partnering directly with Agency leaders.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans spanning awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Scope, plan, and launch demand generation campaigns including paid media budget management.
  • Own email marketing execution, segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Develop and maintain messaging and positioning for Agency LOB products and solutions.
  • Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing events, including field events and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Business Development, Sales, and Account Management.
