Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading enterprise Customer Success, strategic account management, or post-sales commercial teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing managers or team leads.
- Demonstrated APAC regional experience.
- Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes, including renewals, retention, expansion, and upsell in a SaaS or subscription environment.
- Experience leading teams through organizational change, establishing new processes, and maintaining team engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in EOR, HR outsourcing, or global expansion industries preferred.
- Technical sales and/or SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Experience applying AI to team workflows or customer insights is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a regional team of Customer Success Managers in post-sales customer engagement and strategic account planning.
- Monitor customer health, adoption, and retention trends to proactively protect and grow revenue.
- Coach and develop team members to meet or exceed retention, expansion, and satisfaction targets.
- Develop executive relationships with key strategic customers and participate in executive business reviews.
- Drive post-sales commercial performance including contract renewals, price increases, and upsell/cross-sell motions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve sales effectiveness and operational processes.
- Translate customer feedback and regional market insights into recommendations for leadership and product innovation.
