Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project and/or program management.
- Expert in PPM tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or obtained within six months of employment.
- 10+ years of healthcare IT experience (preferred).
- 3+ years of program management experience (preferred).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) implementations (preferred).
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-workstream programs with dependencies.
- Advanced skills in enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to proactively develop risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Ability to travel for work once per month.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple interrelated projects as a unified program with strategic business value.
- Chair steering committees and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Drive cross-project dependency alignment, resource planning, and timeline negotiation.
- Mentor and advise project managers on delivery methods and execution challenges.
- Manage program-level budgets, KPIs, and benefits tracking.
- Lead vendor negotiations and external partner collaboration.
- Represent the program in strategic planning discussions and governance reviews.
