Requirements

  • 3–7 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience at a DTC, subscription, or consumer health brand.
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience or similar email platform (flows, segments, campaigns).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Recharge or comparable e-commerce and subscription platforms.
  • Experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs for multiple distinct audiences.
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with execution skills.
  • Understanding of the full customer funnel and connection to acquisition and revenue.
  • Strong written communication skills for email copy and briefs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to pull data, build reports, and translate numbers into decisions.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Proven experience managing or directing external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve end-to-end lifecycle strategy across the customer journey from activation through retention.
  • Develop and maintain segmentation frameworks for various product lines and audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle flows, campaigns, and transactional sequences in Klaviyo.
  • Leverage Shopify and Recharge data to optimize subscription lifecycle programs and churn mitigation.
  • Build and launch a lifecycle performance dashboard to track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Design and optimize welcome sequences and member journeys to increase product usage and retention.
  • Serve as the internal owner of the lifecycle agency relationship, setting direction and ensuring brand consistency.
