Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in retention or customer strategy.
- Proven track record of growing effective customer-focused retention programs.
- Strong business intuition and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in data analysis and drawing actionable insights from raw data.
- Proficiency in Excel or equivalent data visualization tools.
- Experience in retention-focused analysis or marketing and monitoring KPIs.
- Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bias for action and ability to drive projects through ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle strategy and manage execution across email, SMS, and loyalty programs to impact retention and lifetime value.
- Build innovative email and SMS strategies focused on personalized messaging and churn prevention.
- Implement the full email deployment process, including audience selection, content uploading, QA, and performance monitoring.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to improve campaign targeting across web and app touchpoints.
- Monitor KPIs to analyze customer journey engagement and recommend new channel strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness and messaging.
- Manage the loyalty marketing calendar and grow program enrollment.
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Analytics, Product, and Operations teams to execute retention efforts.
- Identify trends and risks to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
