  • Lead high-priority operational projects from planning through execution, such as new SKU launches, vendor onboarding, and retail readiness.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Product, Regulatory, and QA to ensure seamless alignment.
  • Act as operational connective tissue, identifying risks and driving resolution across the organization.
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment execution for DTC and retail channels.
  • Own the research, evaluation, and implementation of operational tools, ERP systems, and workflow automation.
  • Develop scalable, repeatable processes and SOPs to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Manage vendor and manufacturer relationships, ensuring accountability to SLAs and performance standards.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs for real-time leadership visibility.

Engineering at ARMRA Colostrum

You will own, build, and scale foundational AI infrastructure across the entire organization. This includes connecting ARMRA's core platforms across customer experience, e-commerce, retail, marketing, finance, and operations. You will engineer seamless integrations using REST APIs and webhooks, enabling AI agents to automate workflows. Your work will involve deploying and optimizing AWS cloud environments for performance and reliability. You will also manage LLM-powered systems and ensure robust data governance and privacy compliance. This role is about making intelligent automation reliable across every part of the business.
