Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational program management.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional operational projects from start to finish.
- Strong track record of building processes, implementing systems, and driving improvements in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage vendors, 3PLs, and operational partners.
- Proficiency with ERP, inventory management, and operational platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Cin7, Shopify).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience operating effectively in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Builder's mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Experience in startup or high-growth CPG settings is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority operational projects from planning through execution, such as new SKU launches, vendor onboarding, and retail readiness.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Product, Regulatory, and QA to ensure seamless alignment.
- Act as operational connective tissue, identifying risks and driving resolution across the organization.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory management, and fulfillment execution for DTC and retail channels.
- Own the research, evaluation, and implementation of operational tools, ERP systems, and workflow automation.
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and SOPs to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Manage vendor and manufacturer relationships, ensuring accountability to SLAs and performance standards.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs for real-time leadership visibility.
