Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in value-based care, population health management, or a physician enablement environment.
  • Minimum 6 years of people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of risk-bearing models such as ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage global risk, or capitated arrangements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical managed care terminology into accessible business prose.
  • Expert-level capability in managing high-stakes, multi-stakeholder cross-functional projects.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise project management tools and data visualization software.
  • Ability to work in a remote-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM launch blueprints for all new and renewing value-based care contracts.
  • Lead and build a high-performing team by setting priorities, driving accountability, and fostering cross-team collaboration.
  • Construct implementation timelines, milestones, and operational workflows from contract signing to field activation.
  • Manage cross-functional tracking dashboards using platforms like Monday.com and Salesforce.
  • Author market-specific Payer Snapshots and simplify complex contracts for sales enablement collateral.
  • Partner with Analytics, Outreach, Provider Networks, and Strategic Payer Partnerships teams to ensure alignment.
  • Create training programs for field teams on new payer products and establish market feedback mechanisms.
