Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience with expertise in brand, field, local marketing, partnerships, and PR.
- Proven experience building marketing programs for physical locations across multiple units or markets.
- Strong experience managing launch campaigns, openings, events, activations, and PR initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with venue teams, executives, and agencies.
- Strong creative instincts to generate attention and local relevance.
- Analytical mindset for measuring performance and using data to refine future programming.
- Prior experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, or consumer experiential brands is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work as a self-starter in ambiguous environments.
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the seasonal and tentpole campaign strategy to connect brand storytelling throughout the year.
- Manage execution at the venue level while ensuring alignment across social and lifecycle channels.
- Develop marketing playbooks, tools, and programs to drive awareness and traffic for each venue.
- Partner with operations and venue leaders to ensure marketing efforts are data-driven and tied to business goals.
- Lead marketing and PR for new venue openings from pre-launch through post-open momentum.
- Execute repeatable opening playbooks covering partnerships, media, influencers, and community engagement.
- Partner with culinary and beverage teams to maximize restaurant programming through marketing and PR.
- Lead company PR strategy, developing messaging and materials to earn meaningful media coverage.
