Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships day-to-day.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy and the interaction between awareness, consideration, and conversion channels.
- Experience working with brands where creative storytelling is a competitive differentiator.
- Familiarity with upper-funnel channels such as content marketing, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic advertising.
- Ability to explain multi-touch attribution limitations and measurement cycles to clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical clients.
- Experience navigating longer measurement cycles without losing client confidence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and day-to-day lead for a portfolio of 4-6 lifestyle and consumer durable accounts.
- Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams to execute a unified account strategy.
- Translate data and AI-driven insights from the internal Nova ecosystem into actionable performance narratives for clients.
- Guide clients through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, explaining performance beyond last-click attribution.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to refine quarterly strategies, identify growth opportunities, and ensure renewal success.
- Track and report on full-funnel performance metrics while flagging measurement gaps that could impact budget decisions.
- Support account retention strategy, including focus on repeat purchase rates and acquisition cohort LTV.
