Requirements
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Experience in executive search firms, startups, or tech companies is highly preferred.
- Proven sourcing and research experience, including expertise in Boolean search and market mapping.
- Strong ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and presenting pipeline data.
- Active user of AI tools for efficiency with critical evaluation of outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High organizational skills with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to pivot strategies and adapt to shifting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active searches simultaneously across various levels and functions.
- Conduct research-driven sourcing strategies and market mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Partner end-to-end with hiring managers to define engagement strategies and provide market data.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through high-touch communication from outreach to close.
- Incorporate AI tools into daily workflows for outreach, research synthesis, and process optimization.
- Track and analyze pipeline metrics in Ashby to proactively refine search strategies.
