Technical Support Engineer
  • Provide post-sales break-fix support, consulting, and collaboration with stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Support infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, and optimisation.
  • Drive customer interactions to resolve issues, coordinating internally with Product and Engineering teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain competency across the Nozomi Networks product line and technologies.
  • Create knowledge-base content where none exists and update existing content to position solutions correctly.
  • Understand critical-account infrastructure and technical environments, and provide white-glove treatment for critical accounts.
  • Replicate and reproduce customer issues in the lab before escalating them internally.
