Senior Director of Partnerships

How We Work

Our remote-first company operates with a globally distributed development team. We offer 100% remote work and flexible hours. Core team time is 09:00-15:00 GMT, with team flexibility. We structure development into cross-functional product teams of 8–12 members. These teams include front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts. Our CEO, account managers, and customer success team are based in the USA. They align product development with business and user needs. We value employee development, proactivity, critical thinking, and adaptability.

We build scalable and performant software for a rapidly evolving industry. Our platform navigates complex legal landscapes. It ensures compliance and future-proof solutions. We use AI and automation for personalized recommendations and data-driven insights. Our product streams include Point-of-Sale, eCommerce, Compliance, and Analytics.
