Requirements
- Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment within a high-growth, high-tech environment.
- Strong track record hiring for Sales and Corporate roles.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS including reporting, workflows, and stakeholder support.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in recruitment for sourcing, screening, and automation.
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused.
- Commercially aware with strong judgement on candidate quality and market dynamics.
- Experience in Cybersecurity (OT/IoT a plus).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery from intake to offer across Sales and Corporate functions.
- Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers, leading intake sessions and defining hiring strategies.
- Drive best-in-class, structured, and inclusive interview processes.
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS to maintain data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy.
- Utilize AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to improve funnel efficiency and productivity.
- Build and execute proactive talent strategies using market insights and competitor mapping.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with discipline, structure, and clear hiring plans.
- Contribute to global TA projects, including employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
