Requirements
- Experience recruiting in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment, particularly for business roles such as Operations, Support, or G&A.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, outbound-first mindset and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where roles and requirements evolve quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong async collaboration habits.
- Strong judgment in evaluating talent and clearly articulating hiring decisions.
- Highly self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to execute without heavy structure.
- Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments where hiring processes are still being built and refined.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for business functions, primarily across Operations, Support, and related G&A roles, from initial outreach through offer stage.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, consistent candidate pipelines in a competitive and fast-moving market.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring needs, and design structured interview processes.
- Build and nurture external talent networks within healthcare operations and broader business functions.
- Manage multiple concurrent hiring processes while ensuring speed, clarity, and a high-quality candidate experience.
- Contribute to improving recruiting systems, including scorecards, feedback loops, calibration, and hiring consistency.
- Provide market insights on compensation trends, candidate feedback, and hiring funnel performance to inform decision-making.
