  • Experience with DevOps and Security hiring (preferred).

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer.
  • Focus on candidate experience by ensuring fast and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to manage expectations and ensure success.
