- Experience working within an international organization with competing priorities.
- Experience with DevOps and Security hiring (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the mass hiring process by sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer.
- Focus on candidate experience by ensuring fast and effective communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to manage expectations and ensure success.
