Requirements
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak (C1 or native proficiency).
- Fluent in English (B2+).
- Experience with outbound outreach and working toward clear numeric targets (e.g., recruitment, sales, SDR/BDR, or customer-facing roles).
- High proficiency with digital tools and automation (e.g., Airtable, Typeform, Notion).
- Demonstrated interest in psychology or mental health (studies, work, or volunteering).
- Active, daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini).
- Strong drive for achieving performance goals and metrics.
- Ability to work independently within three months.
- Nice to have: First hands-on experience in recruitment, HR, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape of psychotherapy in the Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new therapist capacity via outbound sourcing and inbound applications.
- Manage the full recruitment funnel including pre-screening, interviews, and contracts.
- Coordinate monthly onboarding cohorts to bring new therapists onto the platform.
- Activate therapist profiles and handle associated administration.
- Automate routine workflows using Airtable, Typeform, and AI tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns targeting capacity shortages and track conversion metrics.
- Lead adjacent expansion projects as the platform grows into new specialist roles.
