- English language proficiency (Intermediate or higher).
- Strong proactivity, critical thinking, and systematic communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from briefing to offer presentation.
- Develop sourcing strategies for various grades and roles.
- Conduct interviews, including intro calls, video interviews, and competency-based assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to maintain transparency and efficiency.
- Cultivate a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
- Track recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
- Monitor market trends and collaborate with PR and HR teams on initiatives.
