Requirements

- High level of ownership, self-motivation, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective task planning and workload organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments including Sales and Customer Support.
- Reduce manual work through the implementation of automation tools and AI-based solutions.
- Handle and resolve technical requests in internal communication channels regarding tools like HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe.
- Research new tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support evolving business needs.
- Design and introduce new processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
