Requirements
- Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
- Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms
- Experience working independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
- High level of ownership and self-motivation
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and ability to plan and prioritize own tasks effectively
- Strong communicator able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical issues and find proactive solutions
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments including Sales and Customer Support
- Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
- Handle technical requests in internal chats related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, and Stripe
- Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs
- Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency
