Job Details

5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services.
Expertise in at least two of the following: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution.
Proven track record of building evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes.
Ability to ship working solutions autonomously without a dedicated engineering team.
Ability to rapidly scope and build proof of concept within client engagement constraints.
Strong diagnostic mindset with a focus on root causes before solution building.
Commitment to delivering measurable ROI and actual outcomes.
Bias toward action, preferring working prototypes over static roadmaps.

Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose root causes of operational friction.
Redesign target-state operations using AI for leaner workflows and clearer decision rights.
Design comprehensive operating models including organizational structure, governance, and interaction models.
Establish performance baselines and build measurement frameworks to track improvement.
Build working, AI-powered prototypes utilizing LLM APIs, platform-native features, and low-code/no-code environments.
Evaluate and advise clients on the practical application of AI within workflows.
Support the rollout of new tools and workflows, ensuring alignment with process design and change management.
Design enablement materials to support new technology implementations.
