Requirements
- Enterprise production experience in a large organization.
- Technical depth in debugging integration failures and writing custom agents.
- Ability to stand up Camunda clusters from scratch.
- Proficiency in explaining generated BPMN workflows to both engineers and business leads.
- Proven experience with AI in production, including context management, prompt engineering, and agent testing.
- Effective stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make sound judgment calls.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and prove ProcessOS functionality at enterprise customer sites.
- Drive organizational adoption by working across technical and business stakeholders.
- Configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments.
- Debug integration failures and build custom agents or connector logic.
- Document deployment playbooks to standardize and accelerate future implementations.
- Contribute custom integrations, patterns, and bug fixes back into the product codebase.
- Train customer teams to operate the platform independently.
