Requirements
- 7+ years of full cycle sales experience (prospecting to close) in a technology oriented field.
- 1+ years experience working with Enterprise level accounts (>2,000 employee size).
- 3+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment.
- Ability to research accounts to uncover up-sell opportunities and multi-thread across organizations.
- Data-driven sales approach to inform process and guidance to customers.
- Experience managing strategic interactions with senior level management.
- Proficiency using CRM (Salesforce) and business intelligence software (Tableau).
- Passion for working with new technologies and technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas.
- Execute a solution-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within Commercial accounts (2000-5000 employees).
- Develop and prospect new business opportunities by targeting high-value needs across departments.
- Leverage existing relationships to expand footprint, drive revenue, and manage renewals.
- Articulate and demonstrate organizational solutions and functional value.
- Facilitate partnerships with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success teams.
- Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans for strategic solution deals.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce using MEDDICC guidelines for forecasting.
- Utilize sales enablement tools to implement territory plans and conduct account research.
