Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience (prospecting to close) in a technology-oriented field.
- 1+ years of experience working with Enterprise-level accounts (>2,000 employees).
- 3+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory.
- Ability to research accounts to uncover up-sell opportunities and multi-thread across organizations.
- Data-driven sales approach.
- Experience managing strategic interactions with senior-level management.
- Proficiency with CRM and BI software (Salesforce and Tableau).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of post-secondary education.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed software and services sales quotas.
- Execute a solution-based sales process for accounts with 2000-5000 employees.
- Develop and prospect new business opportunities within existing customers by targeting high-value needs.
- Leverage existing relationships to expand Smartsheet's footprint and drive revenue during renewals.
- Articulate and demonstrate Smartsheet's organizational solutions and functional value.
- Facilitate partnerships with Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success teams.
- Create and maintain Joint Engagement Plans for strategic solution deals.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce using MEDDICC qualification guidelines.
