- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering teams.
- Capable of surfacing and remediating pricing or configuration anomalies.
- Ability to operate within EST, CST, or PST timezones.
Responsibilities
- Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in platforms like Stripe.
- Own reconciliation between executed order forms and provisioning requests, collaborating with Sales and Legal.
- Process mid-cycle subscription changes, renewals, upgrades, and offboarding.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies raised by customers or Customer Success teams.
- Run periodic audits of active subscriptions to verify billing matches contracted terms.
- Identify and remediate ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, and orphaned invoices.
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial close by reconciling billing platforms.
- Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build provisioning guardrails.
