Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in a SaaS environment.
- Equivalent experience in fire prevention, code enforcement, or fire inspection accepted.
- Strong public safety industry knowledge, particularly in fire prevention, code enforcement, and inspection practices.
- Working knowledge of fire prevention workflows: inspections, permitting, invoicing, investigations, and ITM.
- Familiarity with adopted code frameworks (NFPA 1, IFC, or local amendments).
- Experience translating regulatory or program requirements into software configurations.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage concurrent customer projects.
- Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Rocketlane or comparable professional services delivery platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Configure inspection programs including occupancy records, routes, and code-based checklists aligned to NFPA 1, IFC, or local amendments.
- Manage permitting configurations such as application workflows, review processes, and renewals.
- Establish invoicing and fee collection processes for inspections and prevention activities.
- Configure ITM workflows for fire protection systems, including contractor report submission and compliance follow-up.
- Document and configure fire investigation workflows and cause/origin reporting.
- Track code enforcement, violations, and plan review routing.
- Partner with Implementation Managers to deliver project milestones and manage risks.
- Maintain accurate project status, effort data, and documentation in Rocketlane.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Fire Prevention and provide feedback on product gaps to the organization.
