Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Background in the nursing field.
- Experience with SaaS or software technical configuration and implementation.
- Proficiency in Google GSuite products (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects under deadlines.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Engineering or other technical degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer configurations during onboarding as a trusted technical advisor.
- Lead client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time go-live milestones.
- Drive customer adoption of the QGenda platform to ensure successful implementations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams including Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers on multi-product setups.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and provide feedback on team processes.
- Train internal and external stakeholders on new product features.
- Lead client onsite activities for implementation and go-live preparation.
