Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Background in the nursing field.
  • Experience with SaaS or software technical configuration and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Google GSuite products (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects under deadlines.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Engineering or other technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer configurations during onboarding as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Lead client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time go-live milestones.
  • Drive customer adoption of the QGenda platform to ensure successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams including Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers on multi-product setups.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and provide feedback on team processes.
  • Train internal and external stakeholders on new product features.
  • Lead client onsite activities for implementation and go-live preparation.
