Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of client-facing consulting experience with extensive expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage.
Advanced knowledge of Marketo architecture, data models, automation, governance, and platform troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing automation strategies and enterprise implementation best practices.
Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, CRM synchronization, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise integration frameworks.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Strong analytical, consulting, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working with AI tools to improve productivity and technical delivery.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, or Adobe Experience Cloud is highly desirable.

Provide strategic guidance on Adobe Marketo Engage architecture, implementation, governance, and platform optimization.
Develop scalable marketing automation solutions aligned with client business objectives and KPIs.
Assess existing technical environments to identify gaps and recommend performance improvements.
Design and evaluate integrations between Marketo and enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, and webhooks.
Troubleshoot complex automation challenges involving Smart Campaigns, synchronization, and operational workflows.
Facilitate technical workshops, solution reviews, and presentations for technical and executive stakeholders.
Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining project documentation and delivery quality.
