Requirements

  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1 for both speaking and writing)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Basic MS Office proficiency
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
