Requirements

  • Experience in implementation, consulting, solutions engineering, onboarding, or technical customer success roles within SaaS or technology environments
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Large Language Models, and ability to explain them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to run workshops, engage stakeholders, and manage complex customer relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to break down and solve complex business problems
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on enabling independence rather than dependency
  • Bonus: experience in contact center technology, QA platforms, CCaaS, workforce engagement, or AI-driven process transformation

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations from discovery and planning through configuration and go-live
  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand client QA processes and define solution requirements
  • Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI-driven configurations within the platform
  • Deliver customer training sessions and ensure successful onboarding and product adoption
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Identify project risks, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation milestones are met
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding best practices for AI-enabled quality management
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to inform product improvements and future enhancements
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and internal delivery practices
  • Ensure customers are fully enabled and self-sufficient post-implementation
