7+ years of total professional experience.
5+ years of experience leading software implementations (ERP, finance systems, or data-driven platforms strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise data workflows.
Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple technical and business workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into executable plans.
Comfort working with AI-enabled products and automation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple simultaneous implementations.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
PMP certification is a plus.

Design and execute scalable implementation frameworks, processes, and technical best practices.
Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff to go-live readiness.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
Manage technical go-live execution, including project planning, dependency management, and ERP integration.
Guide customers through AI-driven change management and the adoption of automated workflows.
Champion implementation quality, accuracy, and performance in complex customer environments.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team-wide delivery excellence and standardizations.
