Requirements
- 2–5 years in a closing sales role.
- SaaS experience is required.
- Exceptional command of the English language.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Experience using MEDDPICC for deal execution.
- Ability to sell on value with strong business acumen.
- Confident engaging stakeholders from GMs to C-suite.
- Strong self-direction and coachability.
- Proven ability to adopt AI tools into sales motions.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory and your number by building a strategic plan to generate net-new pipeline.
- Source a meaningful share of your pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and industry events.
- Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
- Use AI tools as a force multiplier for call prep, discovery, and pipeline management.
- Become a hospitality expert capable of running ROI conversations.
- Drive results by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within accounts.
