  • 2–5 years in a closing sales role.
  • SaaS experience is required.
  • Exceptional command of the English language.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC for deal execution.
  • Ability to sell on value with strong business acumen.
  • Confident engaging stakeholders from GMs to C-suite.
  • Strong self-direction and coachability.
  • Proven ability to adopt AI tools into sales motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own your territory and your number by building a strategic plan to generate net-new pipeline.
  • Source a meaningful share of your pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and industry events.
  • Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
  • Use AI tools as a force multiplier for call prep, discovery, and pipeline management.
  • Become a hospitality expert capable of running ROI conversations.
  • Drive results by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within accounts.
