Requirements
- 5+ years of closing sales experience.
- Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
- Expertise in consultative selling and closing techniques.
- Proven proficiency in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated track record as a high performer (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club).
- Strong goal orientation and strategic approach to achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and time management skills for remote success.
- Experience working in a high-growth 'scale-up' environment.
- Strong passion for business growth and curiosity about the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
- Identify and qualify new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
- Close new business and install base deals at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
- Manage sales processes through internal champions and C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategies.
- Perform online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
- Handle legal, security, and procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
- Sell the full growth platform, focusing on the Enterprise license.
