  • 5+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and closing techniques.
  • Proven proficiency in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated track record as a high performer (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club).
  • Strong goal orientation and strategic approach to achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills for remote success.
  • Experience working in a high-growth 'scale-up' environment.
  • Strong passion for business growth and curiosity about the tech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans.
  • Identify and qualify new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and install base deals at or above quota on a monthly cadence.
  • Manage sales processes through internal champions and C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategies.
  • Perform online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
  • Handle legal, security, and procurement questionnaires and RFPs.
  • Sell the full growth platform, focusing on the Enterprise license.
