Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success.
  • Experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex deals.
  • Strong professional network and industry knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Tech-savvy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience using virtual meeting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to procurement decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Lead compelling proposals and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate competitive programs and close new business deals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams for seamless implementation and client experiences.
  • Represent the company and its travel management solutions in a competitive market.
