Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales success.
- Experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close complex deals.
- Strong professional network and industry knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
- Tech-savvy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Experience using virtual meeting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to procurement decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Lead compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Negotiate competitive programs and close new business deals.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams for seamless implementation and client experiences.
- Represent the company and its travel management solutions in a competitive market.
