Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 3–6 years of experience, in Public Policy, Business Administration, Public Affairs, International Development Policy, Data Science, or a similarly rigorous analytical field.
- Proven consulting experience working directly with non-profit organizations.
- Hands-on experience designing, managing, or adapting a monitoring, evaluation, and learning system.
- Professional background working within an education, global development, or international NGO setting.
- Full professional fluency in English with exceptional proactive communication and technical writing skills.
- Strong capability in examining complex data structures, establishing diagnostic routines, and synthesizing data trends.
- Demonstrated commitment to Teach For All's core values and ability to work inclusively across diverse global contexts.
- Fluency in French and/or Arabic is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize and lead partner engagements, both virtually and in-person, to support core MEL strategies.
- Build local staff capacity and deploy impact measurement tools.
- Collaborate with internal experts to design learning experiences and communities of practice.
- Develop new knowledge products and resources regarding MERL capacity.
- Participate in team action reviews, data diagnostic exercises, and strategic planning.
- Engage in professional development in advanced monitoring, evaluation, and learning topics.
