Requirements
- 5-7+ years in HR/People Ops.
- Proven track record of building HR functions from scratch in companies scaling from ~50 to 200+ people.
- Industry experience in Fintech, Crypto, or High-Growth SaaS.
- Expertise in managing globally distributed teams.
- Experience with international employment compliance and EOR setups.
- Strategic planning skills combined with hands-on technical execution.
- Strong data-driven approach to talent management and financial performance metrics.
- Proven capability to scale teams rapidly while maintaining quality.
- English language proficiency (Intermediate+).
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full audit of current HR state and implement AI-driven automated workflows.
- Define and implement a 12-18 month scalable organizational strategy including role grading and growth plans.
- Build a data-driven recruitment machine including assessment tools, job descriptions, and interview processes.
- Establish global HR operations across multiple regions using modern payroll and EOR solutions.
- Develop transparent OKR and compensation systems tied to market rates.
- Foster a high-performance, meritocratic culture with focus on extreme ownership and radical candor.
- Select and implement HRIS, ATS, and automation tool stacks.
- Coach and train management teams on hiring and leadership development.
