Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in IT, services, or agency companies with 150–300+ people.
- Strong understanding of performance management, engagement, development, and HR metrics.
- Strong expertise in HR Operations, Talent Management, and Recruitment Processes.
- Ability to balance strategy with execution and deliver results.
- Confidence in using AI tools for process improvement and automation.
- Strategic and data-driven mindset with experience in employer branding.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and drive change.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, L&D, and offboarding.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.
- Analyze HR data such as attrition, engagement, and eNPS to implement clear process improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and enhance HR workflows.
- Lead complex people relations, conflict mediation, and sensitive investigations.
- Develop managers by creating frameworks, materials, and providing practical guidance.
- Run performance management systems and drive development initiatives like mentoring.
- Build employer branding across platforms like Glassdoor and DOU.
- Lead and develop a small HR team to support growth and effectiveness.
- Manage HRMS (PeopleForce) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
