Requirements

  • Must come from a staffing agency background
  • Experience in a team lead, senior recruiter, or managerial role with demonstrated people oversight responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms, with confidence managing pipelines and reporting functions
  • Strong written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication across all levels
  • Ability to balance hands-on recruiting tasks with team management responsibilities
  • Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies
  • Fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
  • Experience supporting or owning client accounts within a staffing or RPO environment (preferred)
  • Exposure to recruitment analytics, performance dashboards, or reporting tools (preferred)
  • Experience mentoring junior recruiters or contributing to team training and onboarding (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruiters with direct oversight of daily activity, performance, and output
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring pipelines are active, accurate, and progressing efficiently
  • Own ATS management for the team, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, and system best practices
  • Monitor team performance against targets and provide regular coaching and feedback
  • Act as the main escalation point for operational or process issues within the team
  • Support client account management where needed, maintaining strong service standards and communication
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on capacity planning, hiring priorities, and operational improvements
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and team documentation
