Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in data management, data analysis, and research support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data integration and dashboard maintenance.
- Working knowledge of JMP (WHO/UNICEF) WASH datasets and WASH sector data systems.
- Experience managing or contributing to SharePoint-based knowledge management systems.
- Ability to interpret usage analytics and identify process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills for facilitating meetings or knowledge-sharing forums.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain WaterAid's internal data infrastructure (KRSP) as the main point of contact.
- Support the operationalisation and expansion of the statistics bank platform by collaborating with the IT team.
- Update internal systems with the most current JMP WASH data for schools and healthcare facilities.
- Deliver monthly reports on the performance and usage of the KRSP platform.
- Convene and facilitate internal quarterly research clinics to support knowledge exchange.
- Provide research design and commissioning support for advocacy, campaigns, and media communications.
