Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in data management, data analysis, and research support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data integration and dashboard maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of JMP (WHO/UNICEF) WASH datasets and WASH sector data systems.
  • Experience managing or contributing to SharePoint-based knowledge management systems.
  • Ability to interpret usage analytics and identify process improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills for facilitating meetings or knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain WaterAid's internal data infrastructure (KRSP) as the main point of contact.
  • Support the operationalisation and expansion of the statistics bank platform by collaborating with the IT team.
  • Update internal systems with the most current JMP WASH data for schools and healthcare facilities.
  • Deliver monthly reports on the performance and usage of the KRSP platform.
  • Convene and facilitate internal quarterly research clinics to support knowledge exchange.
  • Provide research design and commissioning support for advocacy, campaigns, and media communications.
