Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in market research.
- Demonstrable experience working within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing and client-side research issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience or strong interest in using emerging technologies and AI for insights.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 4 to 5 research projects simultaneously to meet defined objectives.
- Serve as an important point of contact for clients throughout the research lifecycle.
- Prepare and present the majority of client-facing presentations.
- Support senior management in the training and day-to-day management of junior staff.
- Assist in writing proposals for new business opportunities.
- Implement and oversee the daily execution of research projects.
