Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Creative Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role.
- Previous experience working in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or eCommerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers and marketers.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and creative production workflows.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple creative projects from kickoff through final delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables between clients and internal creative teams.
- Lead client communication, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout each project.
- Oversee creative calendars to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with senior creative leadership on marketing and creative strategy initiatives.
- Support ongoing creative optimization for eCommerce brands and digital marketing campaigns.
- Review deliverables to ensure quality assurance and alignment with client expectations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, designers, and cross-functional teams.
- Identify project risks, manage competing priorities, and proactively resolve issues.
- Foster strong client relationships while advocating for both client needs and internal teams.
