Requirements
- 1+ years of experience writing technical documentation for APIs, cloud-based software, or SaaS.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Swagger, and Postman.
- Experience with Version Control Systems and Developer Platforms including Git and GitHub.
- Comfortable with AI prompting and interest in AI-driven knowledge management tools.
- Sound understanding of coding, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
- Advanced skills in high-quality writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Native level or equivalent).
- Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain API documentation for payment services, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Develop user-friendly documentation including Product User Manuals, Technical Specifications, and Tutorials.
- Lead projects using AI tools for knowledge management and technical documentation evolution.
- Maintain a centralised and organised documentation repository.
- Manage and maintain Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications to ensure synchronization.
- Gather feedback to refine documentation based on user technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to advocate for documentation best practices.
