Requirements
- 8+ years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or closely adjacent technical functions.
- Proven track record in high-impact RevOps at a growth-stage B2B company.
- Deep hands-on fluency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong command of GTM data enrichment and orchestration tools like Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience with integration/automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, Make, or Workato.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and sequencing tools.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure such as Segment, Snowflake, dbt, or BigQuery.
- Real experience deploying LLMs, agents, or scrapers inside live GTM workflows.
- Comfort with light scripting in Python or JavaScript to build custom automations.
- Ability to influence executive leadership on technology investments and roadmap trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Develop a roadmap to assess infrastructure, procure tools, and define the team needed to scale.
- Partner with C-suite and VP leaders across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align RevOps with revenue outcomes.
- Design and manage compensation and commission plans to ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Build sales playbooks, methodology, and enablement programs to ramp new hires and improve performance.
- Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline integrity, and CRM data hygiene.
- Architect the GTM tech stack including CRM, enrichment, and marketing automation platforms.
- Deploy AI-native systems for intelligent lead scoring, routing, outbound automation, and pipeline intelligence.
- Establish measurement systems for conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution.
